ATTENTION Chamber’s of Commerce

Announcing and Introducing…

Your Chamber of Commerce Gift Cards

• Chamber of Commerce Gift Cards offer you a unique opportunity to earn substantial income with minimal effort or investment.

• In addition, you provide an incredible opportunity to your area merchants and service providers to grow their sales, increase their profits, acquire new customers and to compete with larger merchants.

• We set you and your merchants up to easily manage the program, establish the processing; consult on marketing the card and servicing the program. We design the rechargeable gift card using your logo to promote your brand identity and that of your sponsors, and design the marketing materials for you to promote participating merchants and sponsors.

• You engage your member merchants, provide the online capabilityto sell the cards, and set up appropriate banking services.

• You earn the interest on what can be a substantial sum accumulated from unfulfilled gift cards, and income from the administrative fees paid by your member merchants and service providers. In addition, this is a valuable tool for recruiting new chamber members and for providing area companies to easily use the card as a holiday gift for employees and/or customers.

• For merchants, gift cards are the most popular consumer gifts. 55% of all recipients spend more than the card value. 10% of consumers receiving the card visit merchants they never visited before. Consumers are 10 times more likely to buy a gift cardover a paper gift certificate.

Research Studies conducted by Profit Point, Inc.© have documented that 40% of consumers using a gift card purchase at regular price. They also clearly define that these cards increase brand recognition and enhance customer relationships.

So how does this work?

The process starts with a consumer ordering a gift card on the Chamber website or the Chamber office. The Chamber processes the order over the Internet, loads the card with the appropriate amount and mails the card to the buyer or the person designated to receive it.

The consumer brings the card to a participating merchant; they will be listed on the carrier card on which the gift card comes and online on the Chamber website. The merchant processes the card on the specially provided processing device or on a designated website.

The transaction will be processed and reported to the Chamber, they pay the merchants on the 15th and 30th of the corresponding month. An administrative fee described below will be deducted from the payment.
Transaction reports will be distributed to those merchants that had transactions at the end of every month.

Consumers will be able to reload their cards online or by calling the Chamber office. They will also be able to check their balances online.

Printed receipts from the merchants will designate the cards remaining available balance. Our processor will provide service as required.
